Why I do this
I spent years on the front line of customer service: the phone, the inbox, the complaints. From there I saw, first hand, the problems people were stuck with. A quote gone quiet. An invoice left for another week. A good job that never got the follow-up, so the review was never asked for. That is why this is worth your time, and why the follow-up is where I start.
From there I moved into operations and systems. I kept records accurate, wrote the procedures people followed, and built reports managers could read without asking someone to pull the numbers by hand. Along the way I designed dozens and dozens of automations, and I looked after a CRM for a small team, checking the data and training the people who had to use it. That is why you can trust me with the same work in your business. I have already lived with the messy version, so I build something you can see, and something that still makes sense once I have gone.
Most of what I know I taught myself, on the job, because the work would not wait for a course. I had to understand the problem first, then pick the most effective tool that fixed it, and then leave it clear enough for the people who had to run it. That is the same standard I use with you. You get the hours back, and a workflow you can see and run yourself.
Why TaskAutomate
Most small businesses don’t need a big transformation. They need the quote chased, the invoice reminder sent, and a review requested once the job is done. TaskAutomate is the name I use for fixing those jobs, one at a time.

How I work
- Simple first. If a clear rule does the job, that is what I build. I only bring in AI when a job needs a draft, a summary, or a judgement call, and I’ll tell you what it adds before I use it.
- You own it. The workflow sits in an automation system in your business’s name. I join as a collaborator, and you can see how it runs, before and after I’ve gone.
- Plain English. You get a fixed quote before any build, and no jargon in the handover. I would rather show you a workflow that runs than talk about the software behind it.
Start with one job.
Name one task you repeat, such as a quote, an invoice, a review, or data you're having to type in 2–3 places. I reply within 24 hours and tell you which package it sits under. The rates are on the pricing page.
